Before TorqueCraft, Sameer spent 12 years in car care and ran a service centre. He saw exactly how a job gets estimated, handed off and billed — and exactly where customers get frustrated: an estimate that changes halfway, charges nobody mentioned, and a car you have to drop off yourself and wait for.

In 2020 he opened TorqueCraft in Industrial Area Phase 1 to run car care the way he always thought it should be run — transparent, documented, and built around the customer's time.
